Carols by Candlelight at Cadogan Hall

Take a trip back in time to Christmas past

Booking until 12 December 2018 | Visit website | Book tickets

Fancy taking a trip back in time to Christmas past?

Don't worry, there won't be any ghosts to remind you of any misdeeds or meanness. Instead, you'll enjoy a sublime concert of carols and seasonal classics from the Highgate Choral Society and Mozart Festival Orchestra, conducted by Steven Devine and accompanied by soprano supreme Fflur Wyn.

Performances will include Handel's Zadok the Priest and Cullen's Joy to the World before everyone joins in for traditional carols, including classics such as Good King Wenceslas and O Come all ye Faithful to really get you in the Christmas spirit.

All of this will be staged in full 18th-century costume, wigs and all, in the evocative candle-lit setting of the hundred-year-old Cadogan Hall, in the heart of Chelsea.

Carols by Candlelight, 12 December, 7.30pm, 5 Sloane Terrace, Belgravia, London SW1X 9DQ
