Described by the Evening Standard as “charmingly reckless”, Curious Arts Festival is a wide-ranging festival of the arts with an eccentric garden party vibe. Set in the glorious grounds of Pylewell Park, near Lymington in the New Forest, Curious features prize-winning authors, comedy, music and a packed children’s programme.

Highlights on the music stage include the best of UK singer songwriter talent headlined by Tom Odell and Brit Critics Choice Award winner Izzy Bizu. This year’s Curious comedy offer will see Mock The Week’s hilarious Ed Byrne join Radio 4 regular Simon Evans, Paul Tonkinson, amongst others, while the literary line-up is due to feature legendary writer, film-maker and publisher Dave Eggers, prolific contemporary author Joanna Trollope, and prize-winning novelist Eimear McBride.

With life drawing, midnight bat walks, cocktail masterclasses, snail racing, poetry workshops, yoga, wine tasting and even a cricket match, no other festival offers anything like this dreamy, fun and unique weekend.

Curious Arts Festival takes place from 21 - 23 July in the grounds of Pylewell Park in the New Forest. See here for ticket information.
