Deadclub at The Place

An intimate, multi-sensory performance experience about the malleability of memory.

7 September 2017 – 30 September 2017

Frauke Requardt and David Rosenberg, creators of previous outdoor performance experiences Electric Motel and The Roof, have collaborated with innovative theatre-makers Fuel and contemporary performance house The Place to present Deadclub.

A small, intimate performance for a limited audience, Deadclub looks at how memory can be distorted by trauma and the psychology of how individuals respond to events. Deadclub explores the terrifying malleability of memory in a modern world where truth is increasingly difficult to identify amongst the unreliable noise.

Deadclub runs at The Place from September 7 - 30. Tickets cost £12-20.
